Thank you for all your help in setting up my hot tub. You made it so easy. As for the AquaFinesse its so simple to maintain it makes owning a hot tub a real pleasure.

I must tell you about my mother in-law who has suffered with eczema for over 40 yrs and has been to specialists, London clinics and several hospitals, used numerous creams and lotions without success. In the end she had to resort to steroids to help maintain the symptoms. I gave her some AquaFinesse to try and within 2 weeks of using it to soak her hands in, there is a significant difference. The poison has all gone and the skin is healing. her hands are softer. In fact, its the best they have ever been! Thank you for supplying such an amazing product. I am writing with regard to Aquafinesse. I have found it to be the most effective product I have ever used in my hot-tub. The water remains crystal clear and it is so soft and has a wonderful scent. The other incredible thing is that it is so easy to use, no checking p.h. balances and chlorine levels it is a one step wonder!!! I will definitely recommend it to anyone who has a hot-tub.

Thanks again for your great service and advice. Now that we've been using Aquafinesse for over a year now there's no way we'd ever go back to chlorine or bromine. The problems we had with water balancing and foaming was costing a fortune to resolve and making spa maintenence a chore. Now all I do is clean my filters, add a cup of Aquafinesse and enjoy. For some years I hoped one day I would purchase my own spa, only being put off by the chemicals I was told you needed to use.ie chlorine or bromine. I spent 21 years working as a textile chemist where these chemicals were frequently used and believe me you do not expose your body to these chemicals on a regular basis the odd dip in your public baths or a hotel pool maybe, but not your own relaxation spa. I was delighted when I was introduced to a company that recommended the use of aquafinesse. After some research I took the plunge. Ha ha and purchased my own spa. My spa has never seen any other chemical than aquafinesse and it never will , it is so easy and pleasant to use. The correct measure and clean the filter once a week is all that's needed and my water is crystal no itchy skin,stinging eyes or ph testing for me.It maybe a little more expensive than the other methods but why skimp where your health is concerned chlorine is a poisonous gas after all, and bromine you don't want to know.
On that note as long as I can purchase my aquafinesse I am happy.

I have used Aquafinesse in my tub since new. The product is easy to use, has no harshness or nasty smells. I would recommend its use to any one. Ordering from Aquafinesse could not be easier, I placed the order by phone and it arrived the following day. I was very impressed.

I bought my hot tub in April this year. All my friends and family enjoy using it, being in southern Spain the weather is hot so we often get in covered in sun tan lotion. For the first few months I found it very difficult to keep the water clear and keep the correct chemical balance. By July I wondered If I had done the right thing buying a hot tub, it was driving me mad trying to keep the water clear and clean. Then I started using Aquafinesse. For the first few days the water was a bit cloudy, but ever since then it has stayed crystal clear and soft. Even the scum lines have stopped forming around the water line.

Its also so easy to use.
I would strongly recommend this product to any hot tub owner

I have been using Aqua Finesse in my Northstar Sport tub for a little over a year, after switching from more traditional chlorine treatment. I would recommend it to anyone, it is so simple to use and makes the water much more pleasant. Weekly maintenance takes a couple of minutes, simply add the solution, drop in a new tablet and run the jets for two minutes - very simple to use. Aqua Finesse leaves the water feeling much softer than chlorine-based treatments, with none of that awful chlorine smell, just a faint trace of lavender, which is pleasant and not at all over-powering.

Overall, I find it really adds to the experience of owning a hottub!

We have used our hot tub for many years, especially the children, but we always found that the chlorine in the water used to leave our skin very dry and itchy.  Recently we were introduced to Aquafinesse which we reluctantly agreed to try in our spa.  What a difference this has made! The water feels so soft and looks lovely and clear and I don't have to moisturise the children's skin when they leave the water.  A particular highlight for us is that when our daughters friend recently visited, us who suffers from eczema, in the past she has always had to refrain from going in the tub but having swapped to Aquafinesse she went in and came out feeling great.  She is now a regular hot tub user.

I especially like the fact that I no longer have to test the water for chemical levels every day before using the tub, now i just fill the measuring jug with Aquafinesse and pour in once a week. I would not go back to chlorine after using this great product.
